In the recent Snipe Norwegian Nationals, once again Team Baghdad member Kristoffer Spone managed to secure a bronze medal. Sailing in Horten, the regatta started with a windless friday, followed by inital strong winds fading on saturday and the reverse on Sunday so conditions were certainly variable and testing.

In the end 6 races were completed and it was clear that this year’s Norwegian champion in the Snipe class came from Åsgårdstrand Asbjørn and Jostein Grødem while the second place also ended locally with Gulliermo Garcia and Lars Pøhner from Horten. While third place and bronze went to Kristoffer and Karmen Spone.
